Essay

The dissertation is devoted studying a phenomenon exitotoxicity and a cerebral ischemia at a sharp meningitis at children, their influence on development neuronal damage and complications from the central nervous system and disease flow. It is shown that a phenomenon exitotoxicity and the cerebral ischemia is the integral pathogenetic mechanisms of development of complications from the central nervous system, occurrence local neurologic semiology and heavy flow of disease. High level of NR2A autoantibodies and amino acids of glutamate and aspartat authentically correlates with high frequency of development of neurologic complications from the central nervous system degree of infringement of consciousness at children with a sharp meningitis. Levels of NR2A autoantibodies to fragments of glutamate receptors NMDA as marker of ischemic damage central nervous system are investigated and duration and expressiveness of a cerebral ischemia are defined at a sharp meningitis. It is shown them prognostic value in development of complications from the central nervous system. It is proved necessity of search and use at a sharp meningitis at children of antagonists of NMDA-receptors for the purpose of control a phenomenon exitotoxicity and to a cerebral ischemia, and also reduction of development of complications from the central nervous system. It is defined that phenomenon exitotoxicity in the first days of disease and has longer flow in comparison with other neurologic diseases, on what specifies the raised level glutamate and aspartat in whey of blood in early recovery.
