2-Alkoxycarbonylamino- and 2-alkanoylamino-3,3-dichloroacrylonitriles. Novel nitrous heterocyclic compounds as a potential bioregulators. Chemical synthesis, IR and NMR spectroscopy, LCMS, X-ray diffraction analysis. On the basis of the available 2-alkoxycarbonylamino- and 2-alkanoylamino-3,3-dichloro-acrylonitriles previously unknown nitrous heterocycles were synthesized. Preparative methods of synthesis of some new derivatives of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-one, 4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-one, 2-aminoalkyl-1,3-oxazole, condensed purine derivatives, 2,3-dihydro-1H-indole, pyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazole, tricyclic 3Н,4Н,6Н,7Н,8Н-pyrrolo[2,1-h]purine-4-ones, pyrrolo[2,1-h]purine-4-thione derivatives, and 1,2,3,6,7,8-hexahydro-4H-pyrrolo[2',1':2,3]-imidazo[4,5-d][1,3,2]diazaphosphinine were proposed. Sphere of use - bioorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, chemistry of heterocyclic compounds, fine organic synthesis.
