Essay

The dissertation dedicates to the principle of ecological security in the land law of Ukraine. This work clarifies the major doctrinal and legal peculiarities applying to the legal concept of "environmental security". The principle of environmental safety is explained and the genesis and peculiarities of the author's reflection in the land legislation is analyzed. Continuity of this principle in the system of principles of land law is established.
