In the dissertation the rather-legal analysis of occurrence and development of institute of the appeal in criminal trial is carried out, and also problems of modern practice of the appeal of actions and decisions of the public prosecutor in criminal trial of Ukraine are investigated; the condition of legal maintenance of such appeal is studied; it is made complex working out of problems of the organizational character arising at the appeal of criminally-remedial actions and decisions of the public prosecutor to the higher public prosecutor or in court.
