Yarovoy S. State of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and its correction in children with bronchial asthma and extrasystolic arrhythmia

126 children at the age from 6 till 15 years with intermittent, slight and moderate degree of persistent BА are examined. Carrying out of Holter’s monitoring of an electrocardiogram, latent disturbances of a rhythm and conductivity in 46 % of children with BА is revealed. The period of BA remission in children with EА was characterized by formation of the latent distal obstruction – moderate degree of disturbance of bronchial permeability on obstructive type. Frequency of registration of excessive body mass and obesity was higher than in patients with BА without EА in the group of children with BА and EА, changes in a lipid spectrum (increase of triglycerides level and decrease of cholesterol of lipoproteins of high density) and disturbances of mutual relations between resorption and utilization of glucose at the present patients also are mentioned. Formation of vegetative imbalance, which is displayed by decrease of variability of heart rhythm in patients with BА and EА is showed. Changes of leptin and adiponectin level testified about the expressed system subclinical reaction in patients with BА in a great degree of a female in the presence of EА and with more expressed implications in persons with excessive body mass and-or obesity. It is proved that including in a standard complex of sanatorium treatment of chloride sodium baths and bioresonance vibrostimulation promotes authentically to normalization of adipocytokine homeostasis, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, and also allows to increase control over flow of BА in children, at the expense of liquidation of the latent distal obstruction at the present patients
