Object is the processes of decision-making support in project management of crucial systems software development. Purpose is building of a comprehensive science-based information technology for decision-making support in risks of software projects management on the basis of mathematical apparatus of fuzzy logic and scenario method. The reference model of risks has been first developed. The method of quantitative risks of software project analysis has been improved. The methods of risks of software project management through the use of built fuzzy multiple models have got further development. Industry is information technologies.
