This thesis proved the concept of the mechanism of formation of new technology business management, based on the use of the eight principles of sound quality improvement. The thesis clarified definitions of concepts and categorical system of corporate governance through the formulation of copyright definitions "corporate governance", "technology", "management technology", "new management technology", "corporate standard", etc. The regularities of the formation mechanism of the evolution of corporate management technologies based on ten selected periods. Developed a methodical approach to the classification of new technology business management. It is proved that with the objective changed conditions, a promising area of cooperation for Ukraine is a transfer of technology management. A model of the development of mechanisms for the formation of new enterprise technology business management based on sequential phased introduction of new management techniques, methods, tools and international standards. The developed methods and methodological approaches to improving the links and elements of the mechanism of formation of new technology performance management companies can theoretically justify the possibility of radically improve the quality of domestic products, reduce its cost, and practically promote the efficient operation of enterprises.
