In work acquired the subsequent development of concept about the marketing potential of integrated companies of engineering. Classified sinergistical effects that arise up in marketing activity in the process of integration of the companies. The methodical going is improved to determination of sinergistical effect from integration. Marketing potential and general economic potential of the integrated companies of heavy engineering of the Donetsk region are analysed. The methodical providing of analysis of efficiency of management of machine-building companies marketing potential is offered on the different levels of management. Improved territorial approach to identify regional differences market mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances. Specified the process of strategic assessment level changes of the marketing potential of the firm in the process of implementing the strategies of integration. Developed the model of management development of marketing potential of integrated companies of engineering.
