Safonova S. Information technology for supporting the supervisor's prompt decisions during emergency situations at a production

Object - processes dealing with emergencies at the workplace. Goal - the development of information technology for decision support of managers on hazardous industrial enterprises. Methods: methods of mathematical physics, computational mathematics.Theoretical and practical results - solved an actual scientific and practical task of automation of analyzing consequences of accidents and manager's decision support in context of corrective action in case of accidents and alert conditions of deadlines response that enhances the effectiveness of the manager. Novelty: first developed method for determining the effects of man-made disasters based on the actual conditions in which events are going, as well as mathematical models of processes that satisfy the requirements of the estimated rate of threats, taking into account a conservative approach, improved model of the state and the formation of danger man-made object, which takes into account the dynamics and scale of development and accidents, and the model of the negative impact on people and values, which allows to determine the extent of the negative effects of explosions and dangerous space; further developed a method to decision support under accident conditions. Research results have been introduced at the managers' workplace on JSC "Severodonetsk Association "Nitrogen". Applications: chemical industry.
