The processes of forming of policy of development of national industry on the basis of logistic are a research object. Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, method of historical analysis, scientific generalization, systems analysis, synthesis, mathematical design. Results: conception of forming and modernization of industrial policy of Ukraine on the basis of logistic, scientifically-methodological approaches in relation to estimation of results of efficiency of industrial production in a country, methodology of research of process of forming of industrial on the basis of the offered principles of her, conceptual approaches in relation to development of logistic model of realization of industrial policy. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of local organs of power, industrial enterprises.
