Essay

The thesis deals with generalizations of M/G/1/m queuing system with batch arrival of customers. The distribution of service time of each customer depends on the queue length. Threshold blocking of input in the system can be used. A modification of the Korolyuk potential method for studying characteristics of such queues is proposed. The Laplace transforms of the distribution of the number of customers on busy period and the average duration of busy period for systems with limited queue are found. Computational algorithms for stationary distribution of the number of customers are constructed.
