Goncharova M. Organizational and economic support for small and medium businesses development in the system of state regulatory policy

The object of study - the organizational and economic support formation of small and medium enterprises in the regulatory policy system. The aim - theoretical propositions development of concerning the formation of organizational and economic support for small and medium business in Ukraine and the scientific and methodological approaches development and practical recommendations regarding the reform of regulatory policy in this area. Research methods - analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, statistical and factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis, the least squares method, cluster analysis, logic synthesis. Scientific novelty of the results is the validation and further development of theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of organizational and economic support for small and medium enterprises in the regulatory policy system by improving the taxation tools. First developed scientific and methodical approach to optimizing the single tax rate. Improved classification features systematization stages of formation and small and medium enterprises in Ukraine development, scientific and methodical approach to determine the influence degree of the development of SMEs in the national economy, scientific and methodical approach to organizational and economic support for small and medium businesses. We got further development of criteria for classifying entities to small and medium enterprises in Ukraine, analytical reasoning depending share of SMEs in GDP and differences between the small and large businesses taxation rates, improve the regulatory policy formation process in the small and medium-sized businesses sphere at the state level, entity level and at the population level, justify the conceptual foundations of financial regulation of small and medium enterprises in Ukraine.
