Dniprov O. Administrative and legal regulation of public services in education in Ukraine.

The thesis is a scientific research where an analysis of administrative and legal regulation of public services delivery in the field of education in Ukraine was made. The state of scientific research on public services in the field of education and the methodology of their delivery considering social and economic pre¬requisites of further development of education were studied and analyzed. The administrative and legal principles of the formation of the public services delivery system in the field of education in Ukraine were grounded on the effective national law. The essence of the effective modern public policy in the field of education aimed at improving of existing public services delivery system was found out.
