The thesis examines the adaptive capacity of children with arterial hypertension, as well as the development of methods for correction of disorders in order to improve the effectiveness of treatment at various stages of rehabilitation including a standard course of electro sleep therapy and sinusoidal modulated currents. As a result of clinical and instrumental, laboratory and functional examinations of children in primary arterial hypertension, a biorythmological adaptive capacity disorder was unraveled in the form of higher levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure average values, hypertension time index, disruption of circadian blood pressure profile, mainly in the form of lack of night fall. The use of combination of electrosleeptherapy and modulated sinusoidal currents contributed to a more positive effect on blood pressure, hormonal regulation, which leads to an increase in the adaptive capacity of the body, due to the normalization of modified biorhythms, and reduction of the jetlag symptoms.
