The thesis is devoted to the study of pathogenetic aspects of the formation and progression of primary arterial hypertension (PAH) in children. The aim of the study was to optimize the rehabilitation of children with PAH and correction based on the study of the functional state of the vascular endothelium sanatorium rehabilitation. As a result, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, echocardiography, ultrasound of the neck vessels, determine vasoregulating endothelial function and laboratory methods (determination of the levels of nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1), asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA)) examinations in 114 children with PAH. The efficacy of inclusion in the standard course of sanatorium rehabilitation of metabolic therapy and sodium chloride baths.
