Object of research: the process of capital formation in joint stock companies dairy industry in Ukraine. Objective: to study the scientific approaches to mobilizing dairy stock companies internal and external funding sources for the formation of an optimal capital structure. Methods: monographic, settlement and constructive, economics and statistics, abstract and logical, economic-mathematical, sociological, historical. Scientific novelty: first proposed financial strategy dairy stock companies in Ukraine based on the management of its capital structure and the mobilization of financial resources, improved theoretical justification of the concept of the company, the interpretation of the essence of the concept of "capital structure" approaches to the formation of an optimal capital structure of joint stock companies dairy industry, received further development of sequencing funding sources stock companies dairy industry, methodical approach to determining the price of the share capital of domestic joint-stock companies, the main provisions of the impact of financial constraints and the state of the business environment in the number of mergers and acquisitions, justification stages of gradual approximation approach to capital formation of domestic stocks of the dairy industry with international standards, improve public policy algorithm regards the formation of the company in the dairy sector.
