Object of research: mortgage relationship in agriculture of Ukraine. Objective: grounding the theoretical and methodological bases and practical recommendations of mortgage development in agriculture of Ukraine. Methods: grouping , summarizing , comparing, graphing , forecasting, analysis and synthesis , SWOT- analysis. Scientific novelty: the first reasonably promising applications mortgages as a form of enforcement of obligations in transactions not only loans, but also lease, loan, sale, issuance of securities and methodical approach to it, which creates prerequisites for expanding the scope of the mortgage relations and efficient use of the capacity of institutions of private property and mortgages on real estate, mortgages improved classification of agriculture and the method of its use by dividing objects mortgage on the criterion of appeal to the lender : the most alluring , attractive, not attractive ( hopeless ) will determine the potential and promising areas of mortgages in agriculture were further developed organizational principles of the State land Bank in the mortgage market.
