The dissertation is devoted to studying of dental status of patients with oral cavity fixed in a bracket system, the definition of the most tangible risk of formation of dental disease. The data obtained were the rationale for the differentiated use of health care complex, which included the appointment of replacement immunotropic drug "Lisobakt", immunomodulator "Nucleinate". Local treatment of inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth involved the use of a gel "Holisal" and spray" Givalex".
