The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological substantiation of principles and development of practical guidelines for the formation and functioning of organizational and economic mechanisms of vertical integration of the food industry businesses. The author developed a mechanism for managing a food business, integrated into corporate-cluster systems, vector integration which is based on a process of harmonization of economic interests on the basis of internal corporate management instruments while cluster coordination, allowing the system to take into account the conditions and constraints at different stages of the life cycle.
