Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological substantiation of principles and development of practical guidelines for the formation and functioning of organizational and economic mechanisms to improve the efficiency of business in the food industry. The author developed the concept of a mechanism to support the development of food industry businesses based on cross-sectoral integration and alignment of economic interests in organizational and economic relations, based on the algorithm selection of the top priorities of the food industry, and on the allocation of complex steps and actions to be performed.
