Nasinnyk I. The experimental rationale for the use of allostatic corneal graft

Object: intralamellar and lamellar keratoplasty. Purpose: justify of the use of allostatic cornea graft by creating stromal module of the cornea, evaluate the overall immune response of the organism and its morphological and functional acceptability in the experiment. Methods: The removal of cells from the cornea, chemical cross-linking of collagen; biomicroscopy; morphological, immunological, statistical; slit lamp ЩЛ-2Б, electron microscope ПЭМ-100-01.Obtained data of the characteristics of morphological changes of corneal surface defects in rabbits after lamellar and intralamellar keratoplasty of the absorbent wound dressing. A new method for obtaining cell-free module of the human cornea stroma with saves lamellar structure. Supplemented by scientific data on the characteristics and corneal graft morphostructure after intralamellar transplantation and after lamellar transplantation of acellular human corneal stroma. Expanded scientific concepts about the activation of the immune status of rabbits after intralamellar transplantation of acellular human corneal stroma. Results have been implemented in the "The Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy NAMS of Ukraine". Scope - medicine, ophthalmology.
