Essay

The object of research - cubes, prisms and reinforced arches made from heavy-weight concrete, from concrete with Penetron Admix chemical additive and from fiber reinforced concrete with polypropylene fiber; purpose - experimental and theoretical validation of the influence of technological damage on the function of structures made from the above mentioned types of concrete, methods - defining of technological damage of concrete cubes, prisms and reinforced concrete arches using tannin solution (V.N. Vyrovoy, V.S. Dorofeyev, S.S. Makarova, S.A. Abakumov - A method of detecting cracks in concrete and reinforced concrete structures with inorganic binder. - Approval No. 5008907/33(059304) of 03-07.91), methods of mechanical testing of samples under load using mechanical method of measurements of movements and photo capture of the patterns of formation of cracks and destruction; numerical methods of research using SCAD PC, methods of statistical processing of experimental data; comparison of theoretical and experimental data; results - suggestions for using AutoCAD software for improving the technique of measurements of the length of technological cracks were given; experimental and theoretical research of the effect of the volume and type of concrete upon the formation of technological damage was carried out; influence of technological damage on the nonrigid and structural behaviour of the samples made from heavy-weight concrete, from concrete with Penetron Admix chemical additive and from fiber reinforced concrete was studied and analyzed; influence of these types of concrete on the formation of technological damage in reinforced concrete two-pinch arches, on deformation of arches upon one-time short-term loads was studied and analyzed; the function of reinforced concrete two-pinch arches with a glance to cracks and bendings formed in the process of loading was simulated using SCAD PC; a comparison of bendings, eccentricities of axial forces and bearing capacity of the arches received в SCAD PC for elastic analysis and for deformation pattern with cracks was made; implemented - for designing and construction of a residential complex with underground parking and shopping premises located in 50 Protsenko Str.
