An algorithm for analyzing the quality of existing methods of localization the temperature anomalies according to remote sensing data has been developed. On the basis of the built operating environment an automatic program complex with effective information models and methods for problem solving within the temperature monitoring of laying surface on the territory of Ukraine has been built and implemented.
