3. The Dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical and practical problems of administrative legal protection of rights of subjects of intellectual property law on belonging to them items of such a law. The questions of administrative procedures are investigated in this work, essence of administrative conduct and particularities of mechanism of consideration of cases by courts, related to protection of intellectual property rights. On the basis of modern methodological approaches, doctrine analysis of theoretical sources of administrative legal science, generalization of norm setting and law-enforcement practice in the field of the legal control of intellectual property there are offered new or clarified definitions, a set of administrative-legal categories and concepts. On the basis of generalization of norms of national and international legislation, study and analysis of practical matters the features of protection of subjects of intellectual property law are researched systemically and complexly and the problems related to violation of objects of intellectual property law are examined. The special attention is paid to research of norms of administrative and special legislation. As a result of the conducted investigation, a number of proposals were formulated for improvement of current administrative legislation in the field of intellectual property.
