Kurkova K. Organizational and legal framework for the protection of rights to the results of creative activity.

The dissertation is a comprehensive scientific research on the theoretical and practical aspects of legal regulation of administrative legal protection of the author's rights. Based on the analysis of Ukrainian legislation, international legal acts, foreign countries legislation the organizational and legal framework of administrative legal protection of the author's rights in conjunction with the theoretical and practical issues of enforcement of public activity in protecting the rights of the results of creative activity have been studied. Evidence-based suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of the legal regulation of administration in protecting the rights of the results of creative activity and creation conditions for the effective and reliable protection of the author's were eleborated.
