Guminilovych R. Thin films of cadmium sulfide and cadmium selenide and the structure on their basis

The thesis is devoted to the development of scientific bases of synthesis semiconductor thin CdS and CdSe films by chemical surface deposition from aqueous solutions of cadmium containing salts. The optimal conditions for the deposition of CdS and CdSe films were established and a new method for producing thin films of cadmium selenide was developed. Method of stripping voltammetry for the determination of cadmium in thin sulfide cadmium and cadmium selenide films was used and method of rapid assessment thickness of semiconductor thin CdS and CdSe films was proposed Photosensitive structure n-СdS/p-CdTe with satisfactory heteroboundaries and three-dimensional heterostructures CdS/Si and CdSe/Si, which meet the requirements for using in thin-film solar cells was created by chemical surface deposition for the first time.
