The thesis work is devoted to formation of the ship stores management system at water transport enterprises. The elements of the abovementioned system are optimization of ship stores purchasing parameters on the basis of the developed logistic approach, control of ship stores storage and usage by applying financial responsibility centers, and evaluation of ship stores formation based on «microbalance» for the management groups of ships.
