Stepanova J. Metallurgical enterprise's adaptation effectiveness in the system of its economic security

The theoretical principles of security science are deepened via disclosing the es-sence and significance of metallurgical enterprise's adaptation effectiveness in the sys-tem of its economic security. The ways to ensure economic security from the perspec-tive are depicted: harmonization of the enterprise's economic interests with the interests of actors and adapting to market conditions. Classification of adaptation is supple-mented. The concept "adaptation result" is specified. A procedure for determining indi-cators for adaptation result іs proposed. The definition of "adaptation effectiveness" is offered. A fundamental basis and an organizational support of metallurgical enterprise adaptation effectiveness evaluation to market conditions are proposed
