The processes of forming of cost of financial resources of subjects of menage are a research object. Results: conception of decline of cost of financial resources in the control system by financial activity of subjects of menage, methodical approach to estimation of change of cost of financial resources in the control system by financial activity of subjects of menage, methodical approach to estimation of market indicators of cost of financial resources of subjects of menage, methodical approach to determination of marginal cost of loan financial resources of subjects of conduct of economy, ground of the system of factors of cost of financial resources. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of industrial enterprises.
