Mardar O. Maintenance mechanisms of public auction in the Ukrainian economy

The processes of management by the public bidding in the economy of Ukraine are a research object. Research methods: theoretical generalization, systematization and systems analysis, logical generalization, dialectical methods, methods of economic, financial and comparative analysis, cluster analysis, methods of unclear correlation of advantages on the great number of alternatives, cloudy technologies. Results: conception of management by the public bidding in the economy of Ukraine, mechanism of preparation and ground of annual plan of government purchases of subject of menage, mechanism of distributing of state facilities between the subjects of conduct of economy, mechanism of estimation of suggestions of potential suppliers of commodities, works and services during conducting of the public bidding, structure of the control system by the public bidding. Practical meaningfulness of work is determined by introduction of its results in activity of local organs of power, enterprises of the real sector of economy.
