The thesis is devoted to the complex research of legal forms of improving Ukrainian legislation on environmental safety in the context of international legal obligations. Concepts, structural and functional characteristics, forms and laws of Ukraine concerning improvement of environmental safety in the context of international legal obligations have been determined. The peculiarities of the legal laws of Ukraine relating to the improvement of environmental safety in the context of international legal obligations have been studied. Comparative legal analysis of legal regulation of environmental safety on three levels namely: international, EU and Ukraine has been carried out.
