Object - the deformation and fracture of steel-concrete columns with pleated collar closed at static short-time loading; aim - development of steel concrete element, which reduces the possibility of loss of local stability of the wall holder and a method for determining the carrying capacity of this steel concrete element methods - analytical, numerical and experimental; novelty - element of design steel concrete square holder which is made of corrugated sheet metal, engineering proposed method of determining the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete element when exposed to static load short, experimental results obtained by deformation and fracture of steel-concrete columns of square section, the holder of which is made of corrugated sheet metal, the results - stress-strain and limit state steel-concrete columns holder which is made of corrugated sheet metal, the field of service - design, construction and reconstruction of buildings and industrial structures.
