Essay

The object - access networks' synthesis process. The purpose - efficiency's improving of access networks' design by implementing of automated synthesis procedure for the topological structure of these networks, based on the complex of the author's methods. The subject - methods of the networks' topological structure's synthesis. Methods: algorithms theory, combinatorial analysis theory, analytical and computer modeling, mathematical programming, classical mathematical and statistical apparatus, programming theory, object-oriented and functional programming, graph theory, decision making theory and methods based on deterministic models. The novelty - for the first time developed model and algorithm of the automated procedure for the access networks' topological structure's synthesis based on the complex of the author's methods; for the first time developed method of multiparameter selection of the most appropriate route for the access lines' laying based on the model of balanced networks (this method allows to take into account the complex effect of all input parameters at the access networks' synthesis); for the first time offered the method for the access lines' total length's minimization (this method is based on the model of chord ring networks and functioning by optimizing the distance between the access nodes); method for calculating the access networks' structural characteristics is improved by optimizing the hierarchical structure of these networks in terms of cost and users' quality of service and also by means of development of algorithmic procedure for territory's fragmentation by two parameters - the length of the local segment of the access lines and load dispersion. The results - the efficiency of access networks' design is increased by implementing automated synthesis procedure of the topological structure of these networks based on the complex of the author's methods. Degree of implementation - in the industrial construction norms "Linearly-cable constructions of telecommunications. Design rules" of "GiproSvyaz", in scientific researches of "Ukrainian Research Institute of Communications". The branch of science - engineering science.
