Essay

The task of developing the principles, models, structures and systems of adaptive control crushing complex of mining concentrating plant on the base model with distributed parameters of decreasing ore fragmentation size, which ensures minimal power consumption of forming and maintaining optimal performance and size distribution of the initial products related crushing units under incomplete information of the characteristics of controlled object, which significantly change over time, due to the formation of coherent control multistages fragmentation reduction process of ore crushing complex, which takes into account the rate of formation of certain ore particle fractions, productivity and unit costs per unit of product output of each stage is solved. Presented model of crushing ore complex in the form of structure with distributed parameters of how ore fragmentation processed can improve the quality of the mathematical description of the object of control and thus optimize the process and reduce the specific energy consumption for the production of the final product. Industry - process automation control.
