Thesis is devoted to the improvement of diagnostics and prognosis of cardiovascular system disorders in infants with intrauterine infections and the antenatal period pathology. In the period of carditis manifestation on the background of congenital toxoplasmosis and of viral and bacterial infections in children the same changes of the cardiovascular system have been detected. But the long-term existence of cardiac remodeling, endotoxemia and endothelial dysfunction, cardiac rhythm, conduction and repolarization disorders on the background of congenital toxoplasmosis have been shown. In children born to mothers who had mild preeclampsia during pregnancy arrhythmias, disorders of conduction and repolarization of myocardium were observed. More pronounced changes, including cardiac remodeling, in children with congenital toxoplasmosis without carditis have been established. In the experiment after intrauterine administration of antigens of different nature changes of laboratory animals (rats) postnatal heart morphogenesis of the same type have been established. The general biological effect of the influence of the antenatal antigenic exposure on the formation of cardiovascular system pathology in childhood which is manifested as the heart morphogenesis disorders with increasing of the connective tissue component and reducing muscular component in the myocardium, cardiac remodeling, arrhythmias, conduction and repolarization abnormalities in children has been established.
