Essay

Object: credit relations of economic entities. Object matter: theoretical concepts and recommendations development for improving the methodology and organization of analysis and control in credit relations of economic entities. Theoretical results: theoretical concepts and recommendations development for improving the methodology and organization of analysis and control in credit relations of economic entities. Bottom line: recommendations for decision-making in the implementation of credit relations involving automated systems; proposals for improving internal control systems and risk management; methods of monitoring in terms of risk-based approach implementing to enterprise management; information and analytical support for parameterization of credit relations of economic entities with allowance for reconciling the interests of stakeholders; methods of determining the optimal number of creditors. Academic novelty: structured methods of analysis in credit relations of economic entities for processes of formation and execution of loan agreements based on reconciling the interests of stakeholders; methods for determining the optimal debt structure, methodical approach to previous diagnostics of optimal number of creditors, mechanism of credit relations control were improved; determination and disclosure of the meaning of "credit relations", "credit relations management" and "unfixed technologies", theoretical and methodical provisions for integration of control systems and risk management, methods of monitoring in terms of implementing risk-based approach to enterprise management were obtained in the further development. Implementation: economic entities' business activities. Field of application: economic entities, including trade sector.
