Essay

The influence of heat conductivity of substrates of the Si, Ge, chips (0001) mica muscovite, and fused silica, coated with oxide gel-films of SiO2, GeO2 and HfO2 and temperature on the formation of nanoclusters in the PbTe vapor-phase condensates and optical properties have been established. It is shown that the formation of vapor-phase condensates Pb-Sb (Bi)-Te on substrates with ceramics and fresh chips of (0001) mica muscovite at various technological factors of growing is carried out by the origin of Folmer -Weber mechanism. It was established the influence of evaporation temperature TE and deposition temperature TD and deposition time change on the dynamic of structure formation processes.
