Karpinets V. Organizational and economic fundamentals of municipal bank creation in terms of municipal cluster creation

Object: processes of organizational and economic support to the establishment of the municipal bank. Objective: developing of theoretical-methodological principles and scientific-practical recommendations for creating of municipal bank under conditions of organizational and economic relations between the subjects of municipal cluster. Methods: logic generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, system-structural, statistical and graphical analysis, financial analysis. Results: for the first time substantiated the conceptual foundations and implementation of effective cooperation of local governments, communal enterprises and other subjects of entrepreneurial activity and residents of the city by changing the functional and economic scheme of the cash flows of members of the municipal cluster within which a crucial role is assigned to a municipal bank, the term "municipal bank" and the nature of the municipal cluster, approach to the formation of authorized capital of the municipal bank are improved. Use: in the activity of Lviv Association of Banks within developing proposals of creation of municipal bank in Lviv, in the practice of department of economic policy of the Lviv City Council.
