Research object are the formation processes of management system development of small agricultural enterprises The aim of research is the development of theoretical, methodological and practical development of small ambushes management of agricultural enterprises, as one of the important factors to improve their effectiveness. Research methods are monographic, balance, peer review etc. Theoretical and practical results - is conducted a systematic analysis of the theoretical foundations of management development of small agricultural enterprises with the justification of a conceptual approach to the consideration of this category for its content and form, the regularities of organization management of small businesses, developed a methodical approach to regional development management, proposed recommendations concerning the future of their development. Scientific novelty - is justified by the need to create a control system in small enterprises from the perspective of the concept of entrepreneurship in rural areas. This approach allows to determine the place and role of small enterprises in the structure of socio-economic development of rural areas, to determine the level of preparedness for the perception of entrepreneurship in society and to outline a strategy for the future. Proposed methodology for the analysis of control system development, as well as the concept of small businesses, justified their classification and social life in this category focus farms.
