An object is the process of the cereals production management at agricultural enterprises; a research purpose is development of theoretical concepts and practical recommendations for improving the cereals production efficiency management at agricultural enterprises; methods are systems approach; abstractly-logical; statistically-economic, in particular his receptions - dynamic rows, comparison, graphic, comparative analysis; correlation and regression modeling; economic and mathematical modeling; monographic; methods of individual and group expert estimations; novelty: we developed an organizational and economic model of cereals production efficiency management for agricultural enterprises based on planning, organizing, motivating, coordinating, monitoring and analyzing agrotechnological operations, uniting organizational structures, information support, economic and motivational management methods allowing managers at various levels to coordinate the development strategy and operational plans of the company; it is improved: the analytical toolkit to control the efficiency of cereals production, which includes the expansion of existing registers of primary accounting of goods movement based on keeping off-accounting documents, and the compulsory details of the cereals quality consideration, which will contribute to the effectiveness of management at the operational and tactical levels of cereals production management; the process of sales policy formation for agricultural producers through activation of stock trading in cereals and the development of alternative OTC sales channels based on regulation of economic relations when selling goods-in-process inventory that will ensure transparency of relations between agricultural producers and buyers and will facilitate the formation of reliable operational database on the market conditions; results: basic provisions and developed offers may be used by business entities in order to improve organizational and economic principles of efficient cereals production and development of regional programs of economic development in the field.
