The dissertation is devoted to the essence of registration implementations in the activities of subdivisions of the State automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The socio-legal nature of the State of registration, the registration system and the essence of registration imple¬mentations, which are done by subdivisions of the State automobile Inspectorate, investigatedand analyzed their structure on the basis of the analysis of scientific works, normative acts, regulation of the practice’s registration relations. The system and legal status of subjects of registration implementations are considered.
