Essay

The object of research is the process of procedure forming for implementing of communication policy activities as a component of industrial complex development software in the region. The purpose of research is further development of the theoretical and metodical support and development of practical recommendations for promoting activities of region industrial complex communication policy. Methods of research are logical analysis, regression analysis, system analysis, cluster analysis. metodical approach to the formation of region industrial complex communication policy that accounts not only economic but also social component of communication impact and allows to percept products that produces in the region and forms its image; mechanism for the implementation of region industrial complex communication policy, that bases on maintaining of s region strategic priorities and allows not only to identify ways to reduce costs but also to adapt the manufacturers to change of market conditions; metodical support of cost structure definition for the implementation of communications complex components that bases on the results of short-term forecasting that allows to plan the cost of industry complex representatives for communication and monitor compliance with the social component of activities are got further development. The nature and content of the concept of " communication policy of the region industrial complex" that distributes communications sphere of influence on the economic and social components and can use its to increase sales volumes of industrial products that manufactures in the region and forms the region positive image in the community; structural and organizational components of the mechanism for the implementation of region industrial complex communication policy that differs of e-commerce advantages that allows to short communications period are improved. Scientific results are used in the educational process of Kharkiv National University of Economics (certificate No12/85-07-32 from 04.04.12 ) and in the activities of Kharkov Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund (certificate No 33/1 from 20.08.2012)
