The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive view of the administrative law principles of organization and functioning of commercial courts of Ukraine. This paper examines the concept, role and place of business of the courts in the judicial system of Ukraine. Historical and legal aspects of the organization and functioning of commercial courts of Ukraine have been defined. Investigated the administrative and legal framework for the organization and functioning of commercial courts of Ukraine. Administrative and legal principles of construction of commercial courts of Ukraine have been considered and organizational forms of economic courts of Ukraine. The functional basis of the economic courts of Ukraine were analyzed. The problems and the ways of improvement of the administrative and legal framework of economic courts of Ukraine. Optimizing the functioning of commercial courts of Ukraine formed.
