Martynyuk I. Legal Regulation of Promotion of Employment Assistance for Citizens Who are Insufficiently Competitive in Labour Market

Dissertation is virtually the first attempt to complete complex evaluation of the state of legal regulation of employment assistance promotion for persons with low level of competitiveness in the light of innovations in employment legislature. The author analyses legal nature of such categories as competition, competitiveness, competence, quality of labour force. The dissertation proposes and differentiates conceptual apparatus of persons with limited capacity at labour market, promotion of their employment, provides definition of competition among workers during employment process, promotion of citizens' employment, demand for labour resources. The work proves existence of specific type of demand for labour resources - demand for persons who are insufficiently competitive in labour market (invalids in the first place).
