Dissertation ascertains notion, legal nature, structure and content of differentiation of legal regulation of social security for judges of Ukraine, defines their place and role in the system of legal measures, which guarantee independence of judges at administration of justice. Promoting enhancement of legal regulation of social security for judges, the dissertation proposes amendments to the Statute of Ukraine on Judicial System and Legal Status of Judges. The work formulates ways of optimization of state policy in the field of differentiation of legal regulation of social security for judges of Ukraine.
