Object of study: exterior-constitutional, breeding and genetic and biological characteristics of the formation of meat productivity in animal species Limousin and Volyn meat. Research Objective: to study the patterns forming meat productivity, exterior-constitutional, breeding and genetic and biological characteristics of animal species Limousin and Volyn meat. Research Methods: zootechnical, biochemical, chemical, morphological, genetic, physiological, histological and biometric. Scientific novelty: a comparative study of the complex dynamics of body weight, external characteristics, meat productivity , chemical composition of meat, internal organs and tongue, nutrient conversion of feed to meat nutrients , morphological and biochemical blood parameters and economic efficiency of breeding species Limousin and Volyn meat in terms of Prykarpattia. For the first time in these bull breeds studied the dynamics of morphometric and cytokaryotypic tissue of internal organs and longest muscles of the back, found the genetic makeup of species Limousin and Volyn meat for the use of molecular genetic markers studied natural resistance of animals during their breeding and held her overall assessment on the appropriate scale.
