Expanded scientific data on morphometric changes in the anterior segment in presbyopes without POAG at volume less than 2 diopters of accommodation. The influence of the level of intraocular pressure on morphometric characteristics of the anterior segment of the eye in patients with POAG. Supplemented by scientific data on the state of the accommodative function in patients with POAG. Supplemented by scientific data on the impact of the level of intraocular pressure on the performance of accommodation. Developed and put into practice the method of correction of presbyopia in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. Results have been implemented in 3 medical institutions of Ukraine, and the main provisions of which are incorporated into the program of lectures and workshops in 4 university medical institutions in Ukraine.
