Essay

Process of clearing of the completed gases of a diesel engine from hard parts. Improvement of ecological indexes of transport diesel engines which are in maintenance, at the expense of clearing of their completed gases of hard parts the designed filter of hard parts. On the basis of a system approach are applied analytical (the analysis and information synthesis at literary-patent searching, a method of linear regression), settlement-theoretical (methods of final volumes, decomposition of human controllers, fictitious areas and interpenetrating continuums at mathematical simulation of processes in the filter of hard parts) and experimental methods. For the first time quantitative influence of geometrical performances of structural elements of different variants of filters of hard parts and intensity of movement in them of environments, on kinematic parametres of streams is evaluated. For the first time quantitative performances of link between design data of the selected variant of the filter of hard parts and times of its protective operation are established. For the first time the mathematical model which establishes connection between operating characteristics of physical model of the filter of hard parts which are received experimental by on motorless research installation at a cold purge, and in performances of the full-size filter in real conditions of maintenance is created. The modular design of the filter of hard parts of the diesel engine is developed, the filtering which element is constructed on a perspective principle of operation which consists in complex use of effect of slugged influence on hard parts, filtration and adsorption processes, and also without use каталитических coverages. Techniques of an experimental research of operating characteristics of operating mockup samples of a filtering element are developed. Motorless research installation which is suitable for comparative experimental researches of processes in mockup samples of a filtering element and its elements of a construction is developed. Results of research are used in educational process on chair of explosion engines NTU "KhPI", in department piston power installations Institute of problems of machine industry National academy of sciences of Ukraine (Kharkov) and on software "AUTOTRANCE" (Balakley).
