The Dissertation is dedicated to the essence and content of organizational and legal aspects of patrol police of Ukraine activity on law enforcement and providing the regime legitimacy. The concept of law as the object of the administrative activity of the police is defined. The essence, the relationship and the correlation of law and order, legality and police are specified. The system of guarantees of legality of police in Ukraine activity is improved, factors that determine its violations are defined.
