Essay

The thesis is devoted to ensuring of transparency and openness in administrative proceedings of Ukraine. In terms of democratic standards of justice the historical development, concepts, content, implementation and procedural mechanisms to ensure transparency and openness in the administrative proceedings have been analyzed. An understanding of openness and transparency in administrative procedures as a mechanism of access to court information regulated by rules of administrative procedure has been proposed.
